Transmission now good. Differential question

Ok my cars differential is leaking and I can tell that because someone who had the car before me or someone tried jacking up my car from the differential and the cover is like bent like a jack was under it. Im no expert but how much does it cost to replace that housing for the gears? plus wouldn't I need new bearings and stuff anyways? Plus I dont now if I have a T-lok or not Im assuming no but would now be a good time to replace it with a T-lok instead of the stock covering? My cars Transmission is in excellent condition according to Ford and while I was there I had them change the fuel filter and my car is responding better now. Ok so now that its good I'm going to have the shift kit installed by a guy I know that can do it on the side not Aamco lazy ripoff people tryin to tell me my transmission is bad. How much would a good T-lok cost and do I need new gears or can I just use the stock ones in the t-lok??? Im assuming this is a $250 part cost and about $150 in labor by the guy I know who will do this for me. What are your opinions?

if you talking about the cover on the back you can probably get a used one for alittle of nothing, and then change the fluid, takes alittle over 2 bottles before it runs out the hole

To install the t-lok it will be more than that 200-400 but I suggest to first find a place where they're gonna charge you less and no the gears aint needed but its a great mod that 98% of people like.....

The t lok costs $210 on american muscle but you can get a 6% discount from amnick.. *pm him*

if the cover is leaking just replace the cover the internals are fine. If you want to upgrade get
t-lok
410 gears (assuming your an automatic)
master bearing install kit
some friction modifier

your looking at about 600 for parts and labor
