Effects of adding mods


I was wondering if there were any negative effects to adding mods for everday driving

it just depends on what you do and how hard you run it. every engine has a breaking point

Yeah but adding mods won't make any effects when your doing normal driving will they?

depends. if you get UDP's and don't get some good ones, you can have charging and overheating issues. gears, less fuel mileage, etc...

it all depends on what you do to it and how well your tune is. since you have an 08 youll need to retune your car after most (if not all) the mods you do. so if your tune is good, there shouldnt be any negative affects.

honestly to everyday driing there are ery few negatie effects IF THE MODS ARE DONE RIGHT

you can do it cheap and destroy a car in a week, or you can do it right and hae a nice car that runs good both on and off the track

the worst you will see if it is done right is decreased gas miliage (to make more power you hae to use more gas) and ossibly a decrease in driving comfort

Even if you do everything right, there is still the gas issue...

sry if my post was hard to read btw my v button is screwed up

and gas only becomes a real issue if you go into big mods, you may lose 2mpg with your average boltons
