Hey I am getting some red racing stripes put on my 96 mustang this weekend and im wondering how wide should i get them and how much of a gap between them??? any advice will help

wat year....i have 2 8" that from hood to trunk on my 99 it curves in the front with the hood and comes back to 8"

Well mines a 96 so i was thinkin maybe 10" but i wasnt sure cuz a 99 is a whole diff body style but i was thinkin 8" for a while but then i just thought it might look better with 10 cuz my body style is diff than a 99

OK thanks cuz i wasnt sure if the 10 would look good and i want them all the way down both front and back bumpers and il check yours out

I was thinkin like almost a candy apple red like bright red but not too bright and your stang is way nice by the way

thanks, i mean red would look nice, finding that color striping (vinyl) or are you going paint..

Go with blue, shelby style and yeah 10" would look good

Nah im gettin them painted on but not sure how far apart i should go maybe 2 or 3 inches???

blue, black, red, even gray or chrome would look its just how u accent it....rims,interrior,headlights,taillights its all gotta be taken into account. i mean i went black stripes on my laser red so with that i did black (cobra) headlights, smoked altezza taillights, red and black interrior, black with chrome lip rims (bullit) you just have to see which way ur going with the look

Yeah i was think about that at first but i wanted something that isnt as common so i decided with like a bright red color

2inches im 8-2-8 3 looks a little too big of a gap only works on the new body style with the hood that goes like

Well right now i have reflective inserts and at some angles they look red and i have chrome rims 18s and im wanting to get a banner on my windshield that says MUSTANG in red so i think the red would work best but yea not sure abpout the gap

You think i should go two i have been lookin for pics of some to see but i cant seem to find any really anywhere but i havent checked out this site much just joined so yeah

red would be the way to go if ur going to do the side also i believe that would look unique because its not common and everyone wants to personalize a stang... chrome and red go well together in my opinion with some dark tint

Yea i really want my windows tinted bad but dont have a job right now got laid off cuz remodeling shit so need a new one in order to get the stuff i want
