runnign power cable in 07 mustang


Hey, I am trying to run a power cable to my amp in the trunk. where is the best place to run this cable. could not find a good place through the firewall, or maybe I was not looking in the right spot. any input would help, Thanks.

either drill your own hole in the fire wall or do it like i did, run it through the fender.

there are grommets already in the firewall, cut through one of them or drill your own hole and place a grommet there and run the wire through

+1 then seal it with silicone to keep water and moisture out

there should be one right above where your throttle goes through (above don't put it through where the throttle goes through. with a rubber piece around it.
