Submit the estimates and they will cut you a check for the average amount. Then spend the money how you want but be sure to get your car fixed.

no they want the bill payed directy by them selves
and i got an estimate for repair is 510.50 including taxes (CDN) so im just going to get it repaired i don't want the haste
