what's this engine called?
I have a 2000 v6
the online catalog I was looking in has these options.. I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but I'm a complete noob... I dnt even know what the numbers mean 390 - 428 engine 390 engine 427 engine 428 engine 429 - 460 engine Flathead SVO Engine Small Block Windsor Engine

the numbers are the size of the engine in cubic inches..
SVO engine is the 4 cyclinder that came in the svo mustangs.. small block is just that.. a small block engine.. i dont know any better way to explain it lol.. a windsor is a 351 Windsor.. its a small block engine that puts out almost as much power as a big block.. im still kind of a n00b too so i dont know wha a flathead is either

flathead is a v8 they used years ago. Oh and bud if your wondering with a 232 3.8L

:dunno where do i find performance engine parts for my v6?
(not that I know what i need yet) I'm planning on adding nitrous

our v6 engine is the ford essex pushrod family of motors. yours is the 3.8L
