you know what the funny thing is is that the original cougars were basicaly an upscale version of the mustang, strange to think theve changed so much, but you'll kill him no prob.

No mods. He was toying around with his stock stuff tho. Probably took off his factory air box and muffler. I know he beats a 96 5 speed by about 2 1/2 cars from a 1st-top of 3rd. Starts pulling a little bit after that.

Yeah well the older v6's from a dead stop aren't that much slower then a new edge one.

wow your friend can drive then I've never seen a stock cougar go under a 16.2
