I said 300hp to give the benefit of the doubt...normally this setup makes less than 300....270 range on about 9psi witch is all most can run because of heat. Say you max the heaton out at 15 psi and you gain another 15hp per psi....that will give you an additional 100 hp witch will put you at 370...add 30shot of nitrous and that will give you 400hp.
I just cant see a setup as inefficent as the heaton make 500hp with only a 30shot...sorry.
A pullied termi will take more than a 30shot to hit 500...and that motor is double efficent as a 3.8/4.2 based cologne engine.

As for the op problemb...You may have to notch the hood or take the adapter plate to a machine shop and have them machine some off. Another thing you could try is fab new motor mounts and move the motor back an inch or two. I would be careful as to how big of a cowl hood you get becaue of laws that vary from state to state.

Yes...You can purchase one from mysteed...or you can make your own. Get a piece of metal and drill holes in it where they should be. Then put in those wire barbs. Then slide some rubber hosing over the barbs and connect the other ends to the IAC and just set the IAC to the side (maybe mount it on your firewall)

Yeah something like that....Not so sure about those connectors...They don't look very sturdy. I would use the barbed connectors like this

Sorry, I don't remember the exact size...You'll just have to pull the IAC real quick and measure

Take the IAC up to home depot/lowes and try to find a barbed connector that will fit in nicely

I wouldn't get it too far...I'd go with 2ft max....If 1.5ft you should be able to nicely mount it on the firewall

UPDATE: ok so i finally got the stock pullies on. and holy cow what a difference. i went from 2 lbs of boost to 8 or 9. this car absolutely rips. but i got a few problems.

one: Hardcore spark knock when accelerating.

two: it keeps shredding belts. Idk how but it does. i took the power steering pulley off so maybe is not on far enough? idk i gotta figure out why it keeps shredding belts
