Have you got a tune yet? If not, then you really shouldn't be revving your car up like that

You should get a tune first....The smoke problem will more than likely go away if your car is running exactly as it should

i really would not have thought that you would have messed something up. i would definately be carefull with driving your car without the tune. i understand how it would be tempting with doing all of the new upgrades, but just think that it aint worth having to redo it all. if you want you could do the compression test it is pretty simple, or you could consider getting a safety tune. until you can afford a dyno tune.

I am saying do a compression and CLT test just to make sure since u did say u have been driving the car with out a tune. and where getting spark knock. I work on ford's and land rover's so i am just saying check before u pay for a tune.

Do you have the drivers side valve cover hooked between the TB and SC? If you don't, that is excessive, compression test as mentioned. If you do, you've got problems. And get a wideband, that was a 0-1v o2 your running, worthless for tuning anything but idle and cruise, more of an idiot light than anything else.

A lot of your problems probably would have fixed themselves if you had gotten a tune right away. In fact im not trying to negitively say this but, you should have had the $ for the tune before even installing the eaton.
Im not sure what was up with your tranny. Its one hell of a coincidence that RIGHT after you installed your eaton, that your tranny was acting up. Im willing to bet it was not your tranny at all, and again had more to do with the tune than anything. Especially after hearing that all they did was replace the pump and gaskets. Im almost certain that if the pump was dead you would not be able to shift into any gear. But anyway those are just my personal thoughts. I feel your pain though, or will soon, as I am just about to start building my eaton setup as soon as my intake adapter gets in and I can get the time/money for the install.
