a boost cam. you would want to call supersix and talk to them. tell them what your goals are and future plans with the car are and they can get a cam picked out for you.
or PM SSStang. idk if thats his name on here but on 3.8mustang his names SSStang. hes a custom cam grinder you can get them from comp cams, super six motor sports, or you can have most perf shops i would believe deal with comp. they can prob get you a cam too

I went with a crower. 216/222 .541/.541 112*
Had a local builder spec it for me. Talk with tom y at ssm. He will recomend the 218/224 .550 114* custom comp cam for stock heads and sc.

valve springs... incase you wernt sure. and im not sure why. i guess they are just the better buy i would assume. didnt look much into them so dont quote me on it. thats just what everyone told me to get when i was looking into a cam install

The behive springs support more lift for a bigger cam. I would not any bigger than .5 with stock springs. I went with ls6 valve springs witch are 02+ corvette oe takeoffs and support a .580 lift.
When choosing a cam there are many factors to consider but the duration and lift is where the extra power comes from. Duration meaning how long the valve is open and lift is how much the valve is lifted.

install the meth, cam, LT's and tune it up and you should be good to go

i would do long tubes but i have emissions, they dont do visual they just stick the rod in the back and call it a day, so idk if i can use long tubes. i dont see why not

Dont even bother with long tubes. If you can get to the stock cats you should gut em or go with hi-flow converters.
Cammed m-112 will make good power and will be pretty fast. You really cant go much further with the stock block. You will be pushing it to the limits with the cam and blower.

generally its best to go with a light beehive spring and light retainer if you can. Titanium although expensive would be you BEST choice to go with.
