but a new problem arises... there is a very loud (at times) whistle coming from the engine and its not the intake it comes up at low rpm... of course i dont know if it happens @ high rpm cause the engine might droned it out... please help me

is that with or without the spacer on?

could it bee that you didn't tourqe the bolts enough or didn't put it back together exactly right, could be that some unmetered air is coming in just right that it wisltes

o no i drilled those screws in tight and i mean tight... n i have taken that intake apart so many times i think id shoot myself if i put it on wrong

yah a mechanic sounds good, just make sure you tell him everything so he will have a easyer time figureing it out
