throttle body spacer is useless to you first of all, and make sure your maf is plugged in.

sounds like you either forgot to plug back in a vaccum line or you accidentally knocked one loose. not to mention tb spacers are useless.

they serve no purpose they only widen the gap between the TB and the intake so if you get a bigger TB and the flap that opens hits the intake it will allow room for the TB to open fully. However they are obsolete now since TB's are engineered better than when the TB spacer was first invented.

check your MAF first then make sure the spacer is tight and there is no air leaking in around it and the TB is bolted down well.

you def need to take the tb off first...The only reason I have one was to drill it out for the bigger tb so I didnt have to do as much to the upper intake. Im getting one from the powerpack so it was just a temp fix.

Cleaning your IAC (inlet air charge temp sensor) will do absolutely nothing. The only thing in an intake that you can "clean" for better air flow would be the MAF (mass air flow sensor) and I would not recommend doing that unless you have someone who knows what they are doing to show you how to do that, or cleaning the conical filter...

it really sounds like you have unmetered air coming in the engine and it isn't giving ti enough gas check all your connections real good.

Yes he did, and the only thing in the intake that would cause that is a maf sensor unplugged or bad/dirty. The IAC would only affect gas mileage and possibly cause detonation at high rpms...
