After seeing many dyno's of split port swaps, I've seen that the split port intake was where 80-90% of the power came from. The heads will get you another 10-15.

Oh and the twin turbo setup was a joke to get him a 6 second 0-60. I know, I'm a hippocrate.

I do agree it is a good mod though. I also would reccomend a tuner chip. They are both a good base.

I had put on a CAI, crossover, Im thinking of buying a mod from ebay that it says its gonna get me like 20 horse power. when I bought the car, the previous owner had change the whole exhaust system. But I still want to put on some power that doesnt have to do with supercharger or turbo, maybe something more economic. And another thing is, I dont what improvement will it make if I change my wheels stock to a 17" inch wheels and tires. Does it helps in any way?

The mod in e-bay says:"The n/Chip
Performance MOD

add up to 20HP -- 100% safe -- 100% legal

This modification resistor will give you very similar results that an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) upgrade chip will do. This modification connects to you intake sensor. It works by causing fooling your ECU into thinking that the air coming into the intake is colder therefore causing it to advance the timing and letting out the fuel supply creating more horsepower."

i'm gona say that with tuners or chips you want to go with a well known and respected companie, the cheapo ones are usualy also cheaply made and can somtimes hurt your engine

nope 100% safe = blow car up in three months

all it will do is waste gas... cuz the air that is coming in isn't colder and it won't mix like it is suppose to ... plus IAT sensors' shouldn't be touched
