Engine click
ok ever since I got my tuner and cross over bar put in I have this clicking noise on light acceleration once I get on the gas either the exhaust is so loud it covers it up or it goes away not sure which. I don't think it is something lose since it happens on even intervals and isn't a random rattle. It is like an airy rattle like a transfer truck using it's engine break. Any one have an idea?

Im not a professional faleen but i do have some knowledge and since its on acceleration i think you make have a ping from a tune that is a tiny bit off
check all of these components since your experiencing a ping any of these can cause a ping on acceleration. Refer to the link bro you'll have to copy and paste it the forum screws the link up. http://autozone.com/servlet/UiBroker?UseCase=S001&UserAction=viewSimpleDiagRes ultsInfo&Parameters=Engine+Compartment|~17|~Accele rating|~2|~Pinging|~134|~Sounds+Like|~4&FROMJSP=ty pe |

no stock injectors. The reason I don't think it is all the time if because if I floor it from a stop I don't hear it even when the exhaust isn't that loud. I thought at first it was my intake rattling against the side of the fender well hole but is sounds to even for that.

I did everything and I think it is my throttle cable rattleing against something mainly because the more rpm I give the louder the rattle and if I angle the pedal different it doesn't do it any ideas?

Don't think it would be your throttle cable since it would tighten up as you press on the accelerator. This is something that hasn't been mentioned, but is worth a try, and that is to check for exhaust leaks. Best bet is to have someone in your car, as your under the hood when it's on, and lightly apply pressure to the gas pedal, and see what happens. If you can hear it under the hood, then you know chances are it isn't an exhaust leak, if you can hear it under the hood, try to find it.
