So I got all the sensors hooked up and no change... When I turn the key on the theft light flashes at various speeds, high speed fan runs constant, IAC does not reset, odometer reads all dashes, fuel pump does not run, does not crank and the module in the right front fender clicks when the car is keyed up.... I've been wrecking my brain for an answer and I'm stumped...

Nice!

That's gonna be one nasty V6 Mustang! I want to eventually build up a sick 4.2l V6 engine similar to this one. Any tips for me just starting on the early planning stages...

Tip 1: Start saving.
Tip 2: Save some more, you'll need it.
Tip 3: Do LOTS of building and parts research.
Tip 4: Shave your head so you can't pull your hair out.

Well, that's great! I usually try to keep my hair at about #2 length...
And, I have been looking at SuperSix Motorsports' crate motor deals. If I save up enough money I could just buy a really nice 4.3 stroker to drop in- possibly with a T-56 hanging off the back of it...

I had a similar PATS situation w/ a 04GT. Changed ECU's and didn't change the gauge cluster so it wouldn't fire. Had to disable pats on the ECU w/ my flash tuner (Sniper in my case). Best bet to get your laptop back up and running to flash a tune w/ PATS disabled... my two cents

I've been wishing that someone would say something along thise lines... I really didn't want to pull the car all the way to a Ford dealer and have them bill me for a quick fix. Ordered a new hard drive today so hopefully I'll have my computer back in a few days.

UPDATE: Got the car pulled back to the garage from winter storage. Fixed the PCM issue, the problem was a wrong bank mode in the Tweecer cal corrupted the computer and then it went into lockdown (no start). Got the A/C taken out in prep for the delete kit. The "to start" list is getting shorter, expecting to make some noise mid spring.

I hate to come in and ask this question so late in the thread, but where did you get that whole M90 setup?, I've never seen one like it.

It is basically stock off a 1993 Thunderbird Super Coupe.
