My borla exhaust question

I bought my 2000 v6 mustang and it came with a dual Borla catback system.
The resonators are still on there and it doesnt sound loud at all, its quiet, i really have to rev it to hear anything.

Should I remove the resonator and add a wider pipe or get a high performance resonator? Any suggestions? thanks!

Our cars don't have a resonator. We have cats and mufflers. That's about it.

If you want louder sound an easy way to get it is by removing the 2 rear factory cats or changing the mid pipe to and H or x pipe. Of course you'll need to then have your cat back modified to fit an x or h pipe.

Of course it's going to cost some money.

To give you an idea of what different setups sound like I would suggest you check out the exhaust video thread at the top of the forum.
