hey guys i got another question... could u post some sites where i can find performance pulleys... its 4 my 00 stang 6er... it seems i can only find the 2pc sets

vmptuning.com has them... just look in the sticky.. it has links to most all of the v6 aftermarket vendors

ASP has good quality, and so does VMP's pulleys. I am using VMP Tunings 3 piece pulley set. It's only 2 pulleys that will give you power and torque. The reason for the alternator pulley is if you have undercharging problems, this will fix it.

I just realized you have a 2000. You need to find out if your pulley has a harmonic balancer on it for not. Go to your crankshaft pulley, and feel around the back of it and see if you can feel anything extra, also go inside of the pulley. The pulley as a larger hole in the middle, and find out that way. If you feel something extra on there you have a harmonic balancer, and need to get a pulley that has one as well, if not you dont need the harmonic balancer.

what if im running about 1200 watts to my subs...i heard these pulley's rn't for you if you have subs???is that true?

then you need to get an overdrive alternator pulley. It's good to get one with a new crankshaft and new waterpump pulley anyways. My car was undercharging without that alt pulley.

The only pulleys that will make you power is the crankshaft, and waterpump pulley. At the most you only need to change those 3.

Did you just get the crankshaft pulley with the belt? Also you can get a waterpump pulley, and use that same shorter belt. The only reason for the the shorter belt is because of the crankshaft pulley.

ive read where many people say that pulleys are a waste of money and that you cant feel a difference, is this true? because i was also looking into buying some
