Can I put wide tires on 17x9 rims?


I wanna put 315 35 17's on my cobra rims that im pretty sure are 17x9. would this work?

i believe you can get a 295 on it...but i dunno about a 315...i only see them on 10.5" rims

i dont think your going to fit a 315 on there or that you'll really need it

Looked it up and no sorry to say it won't work you would have to have a wider rim

No-you need 17X10.5 to fit 315s

you can the widest you probably want to go is 275/40/17 i have that size but 18s on my stang and they grip like a champ

ehh, you could probally go 295, but even that might push it. People fit 275's on their stock 17x8's.

Yea their wouldn't be much a point in doing that!! Stick with 275/40's!

- You Cant fit the nitto 315s on a 17x9
