taking out the mufflers
i have flowmaster super 40 mufflers and i kinda want it to be louder. im considering cutting off before the muffler and after the muffler then just welding in a plain old pipe. what will the effects of this be? will this make my car stall out? will i lose hp? will i gain hp? will i lose or gain gas mileage? has anyone done this? btw i have an 04 3.9l with full bolt ons

 JK... From what I've read on the forums here... it will be louder, but you will lose some hp... i could be wrong
