First off its a stronger rear. The 4.10 gear are AMAZING, and the t-lok really helps. Highly suggest it.

a 8.8 is stronger handles more tq/ hp and mostly come with posi most cost between 500-1200 got mine for 950 and it is about 7 hrs of labor. Getting the 8.8 is so much better than a 7.5 in the long run. It would bw onw less thing to worry about when moddding

i would start off with exhaust and long tubies, then the 8.8 and t loc and gears. then if you wanted to i would get a super or turbocharger and a good dyno tune

LOL!! Very lucky. I had to pull it off myself though. The car was in about a foot of mud, so it wasnt east to do. But, I got it up to the cashier, and pulled 3 20's out of my pocket and off I went. lol. I dont know where you are in reference to upstate New York, but they are opening one up there. The prices are great. Check out the prices. I have never seen a junk yard with these prices::

Juggalo,

If you need a rear, I know for a FACT that there are about 15 gt's in a junk yard by me. I can pull one out and ship it up to you to save you a lot of $$.
