Ok guy so i found on craigslist a 8.8 rear end out of a 1999 crown vic that has 373s already in it my question is will this fit my 1999 V6 with out any fabrications? or will it be a pain in the ass? He is also selling it for $200 is this a good price i was going to try and chew him down to $150

I think the crown vic has a completely different set up from the mustang. Also make sure that it is a t lok and not an open type. They came with both.
I think you'll only be able to use the gears and t lok.

Well you can use the internals in that case, but you'll still need axles and an axle housing

At that point your better off just waiting for the right rear end to come around w/ the same guts for the same price...
