You don't live anywhere near Duncannon, do you?
Ford 8.8 Rear with 3.73's fits 05' up Mustangs  EDIT: oh, and noise is normal on CF clutch packs, I believe.

Im like 30 mins west of philly, but thats not to far of a drive... (id be willing to drive if the price is right)
But i have a 2003... would an 05 rear work on my car?

I just saw one on craigslist near Pittsburgh last week for 500. An 8.8 with a detroit locker and 3.73s. I can't seem to find it anymore though...I was thinking about going to see it even though I just got my gears and t-lok installed in my 7.5...for about the same price

$250 for that rear end seems like a KILLER deal to me. Had it been available 3 weeks ago when I was looking, I would have bought that one. Carbon clutch packs are supposed to last a LOT longer than the regular.
