O2 Sensor Locations

Can you guys tell me where the o2 sensor (bank 2 sensor 2) is located becuase different peolple have told me different things. One person said its on the passenger side after the cat converter and anothe said it was the pre cat on the driver's side...

What's the actual code? Bank 2 is the driver's side... but I've never heard any reference to a sensor number. Usually you get it as upstream or downstream.

P1137 Lack of Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 1
P1138 Lack of Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Rich - Bank No. 1
P1150 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Adaptive Fuel Limit - Bank No. 2
P1151 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 2
P1152 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Rich - Bank No. 2
P1157 Lack of Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 2

the code is p0156
(o2 circuit bank 2 sensor 2)

Bank 2 is definately the drivers side, and I'm 99% sure sensor 2 is downstream (after the cat).

thanks. I just took that one offf a little while ago and the exterior has a crack in it so i think i fixed the problem so far. Thanks for all the help.
