what about buying these? Ford Racing Mustang C-Springs (79-04) at AmericanMuscle.com - Free Shipping!

would you have to buy new shocks, struts, ect with these springs?

or can you just install them and call it a day?

you can if you want, but no you dont need to by any extras to have lowering springs up to around 1.5 inches dropped. after that your angles will be getting a little farther than i'd do for stock stuff.

ok so as far as cutting goes i was watching a show on the speed channel i cant remember what it was called but it was where this guy was restoring ten muscle cars in ten months. Instead of buying new springs they totally just cut them. I was like wut the heck. I mean maybe the parts for those cars are not widely available but still. I mean I would not do it because it is kinda iffy in my mind. But if you do not have the money I think it is fine to cut them as long as you do it "Correctly"
