I need some help and advice on my 94 Mustang Convertible V6

I was Wondering if I would be wasting my time and $$$ on My 94 Mustang V6 Convertible by replacing the engine from a V6 3.8L to a V8 5.0L?
If I was how much would it cost (besides the cost of the motor and labor to install the motor) and what I would need to Do to achieve my Goal. Also Is it really worth the effort and $$$$ or am I better off just buying a newer 4.6L and installing Bolt on parts? Thanks in advance!!!!!!

alot of people would say it isnt worth it cause the installation fee would cost way to much or fabbing or whatever and yeah it would be easier for you to just get a 4.6L or even a v6 and modding it . thats just from what ive learned but why not keep your car and mod that?

you would probably save more money just spending money on mods for your 3.8L and stroking it to a 4.2L or getting full bolts on and have just as much power

the tranny will bolt to the 5.0 no problem, but you will need the engine, ecu, wiring harness, rear end, suspension (all to just be stock 5.0) now for about the same cost (minus motor difference) buy a 351W and tranny combo and throw it in! otherwise, sell yours and buy a 5.0 if possible.
