Cam swap, windstar upper, P&P'ed lower intake, dual exhaust, and definitely a tuner, would be a start.

my honest opinion since i kinda feel the same way you do. i wanted my car to look good and sound mean but i never really drive crazy so i would go for all the sound mods and some really nice rims. i personally like red and black together so black out your head/tail lights get some black rims and get full exhaust with maybe a small cam. then once you do that let me know where you wanna meet and we can trade cars

Is it me or are replies here getting worse and worse and less and less helpful?

Really, to the OP, you need to sit down and really figure out what YOU want to do with the car. You can take these cars numerous different directions, and you first have to know this before you start purchasing. You said no to drag, so you just want a quicker street car? Now decide if looks are more or less important to you than performance. Now from here you can map out which parts you like best, and which will work together best to get you to your intended goal. Shop around, ask questions, learn the car in and out and you'll be much better off in the long run. Too much I see people jump right into modding the car with no real direction in mind. You end up wasting a lot of money and time that way.

why the hell should we be helpful?! if i copy paste everything from the last 30 threads that were exactly like this just this past month sure it'd be helpful....
some people would be better of reading. They feel we're going to tell them something different for their car. like their v6 mustang was different from yours, mine or the other guy on the street.

sorry if I'am being honest and real

CT you're right. But the posts from other noobs who don't have a clue just make things worse. Normally the first post is "look here for mods" which is good, but then 5 people chime in with irrelevant or just wrong info. But I think I said a little while back that the v6 tech was hella repetitive, its the same 4 threads every week. Weak.

I wasn't saying anything negative towards the OP at all, that's what this place is for to an extent. It was towards the lame duck responses that have populated this place as of late.
