OBD II Codes ???

Aloha. If this is a repost, then I am truly sorry, however, I have run numerous google searches and I cant find anything specific in regards to these codes.

Here is my dilemma, I have a 1996 Ford Mustang. It is automatic, V6, and has 86,000+ miles. The car was given to me for free. From the day that I got the car, the check engine light (CEL) was on and the odometer is stuck at 86,468 miles.

My issue is this. I had some hook up the code reader to find out what was the cause of my CEL being on. The following codes came up, and I know that they are a repeat, but this is exactly how they came up in the reader.

p0171
p1130
p1131
p1151
p0340
p0174
p0340
p1130
p1131
p1151
p0171
p0174

I have found generic stuff on google searches regarding these codes, but nothing that is mustang specific. Does anyone here know what these codes mean and how i can fix them in regards to the mustang? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OBD-II Powertrain Diagnostic Trouble Codes (1000-1900)

If you go to the bottom, you'll see a menu button which will lead you to the rest of the codes.
