2004 Mustang Performance Chip?

I'm thinking about buying these performance chips for my car. How do these chips work? Am I going to see a big difference in HP change? What's the difference between this and the ones they sell on ebay?

Thanks for your help

Personally if I were you, I would look into a handheld tuner, where you can have more than one tune

look into these:

+1

I've always heard good things about SCT products, and we get a discount from AM.

That stuff is junk. Go with a tuner or a real SCT chip if you want to be able to select what mode of performance you want.

+1 to every post. DO NOT BUY a "performance" chip.
