Performance cats can clear them up a bit, so can taking them off. I personally think that with the cats off the sound, while it is very nice and loud, can get just a bit too loud and obnoxious. Sure, having a loud car is nice, but my friend took his cats off and it was nice hearing it once, then if you heard it too long it was just... a bit too much?

Though all of that is completely my personal opinion. My friend loved it at first, and thats the great thing about cars, you make it how you want it.

Is this correct. Just need a quick conformation before I get my duals in a week or 2.

I called a reputable exhuast shop today and told them I wanted dual exhuast for my v6 mustang. I needed them to cut after the cats and fab and H pipe and install my flowmaster 44's. They said alright and quoted me 200 dollars.( they are meninite so they are fair ) THey said it would take 2-3 hours to put it in.

Is what i said correct? and I wont get screwed with them chopping out sensors and having the engine light on for the rest of my life. Dose 2-3 hours sound abought right for this?

Getting It done tomorrow, I dropped off my baby for the night =[

But I need help with exhuast tips, I left the shop without deciding witch tips I wanted to go with and im going to call them up in the morning. The shop I beielve just had alot of general tips not any names writen on them.

So do I want stainless steel, brushed stainless steel or Crome?
3inch, 3.5 inch or 4 inch tips?

Any and all suggestions would be great.

Also chrome vs steel which ones last longer and stay cleaner?
