V6 Stock Internals 500hp!?!?

I just found this vid of a V6 running 13lbs of boost and making 474hp. On stock internals. How can they do that, and can i do that?

Stock bottom end. I might get shunned for saying this but a former member here made similar numbers on a stock bottom end. It's possible, but don't expect a daily driver with that type of power with stock internals.

Yeah thats what im wondering. My V6 is my only car, but I want to make it fast, surprise huh? Anyways, how should i go about making my stang faster. Im open to all options. Its auto and v6. I will probably do a manual swap, but what else should i do to get this thing pushing 0-60 in 6 seconds?

I read through that and thats probably what I will do as far as taking it by teirs, however do you guys think i could run 5-10lbs reliably on stock internals or should i go ahead and buy forged stuff

You can run 10psi all day every day with a good tune.

Remember psi is only a measure of restriction, so if 22psi made 300rwhp you would still be "safe".

After 349rwhp I consider it to be "unsafe"

True to a certain extent...We use manifold pressure to detrimine cylinder pressure. If we are seeing 22psi at the manifold...thats to much for a stock block no matter what the hp is.
imo...dont take it over 13psi.

Haha. Yeah im looking to run about 10psi. Im just trying to 0-60 in around 6 seconds. If i dont get it from the turbo Ill start building more stuff on, starting with forged internals.

Whats so special about the 0-60 time? I c you mentioned that a couple of times.
Stock bottom ends i def would not push at all. Esp trying to run 13psi on it. Yes some people have done it, but more times than not it has ended badly.

0-60 is important cuz its the main thing you do racing on the streets. Which is where most of the shit goes down with me at least
