Shorty Headers vs OEM
On a 4.0L w axle back FloMaster 40 single exhaust, C&L CAI and BamaChips tune how much of a power gain would I realistically get from adding shorty headers but leaving them dump into the single exhaust with the FloMaster?
I bought the headers but now I'm thinking it may not be worth the effort and I don't plan on doing dual exhausts. Quite frankly I have so much power now I can make it wheel spin with just a stomp on the gas at almost any speed. That BamaChips tune and the C&L CAI made this little V6 into a monster already. I may just sell the headers. I didn't pay that much. Has anyone done a header only switch without the dual conversion?

Not sure about 05-09s, but I know on 99-04s it's a waste to go with shorty headers. Long tube is a better way to go imo.
