actually if she has an 04, all the switch wiring should be right in front of the shifter.

Yes, that's correct. It doesn't look like anyone noticed it was an 01+.

In that case you need the 01-04 switch that goes in a different spot in front of your shifter.

thats what i was thinking haha, i just ran mine off a sepearate switch too so i can just turn them on and off whenever i want
