you can get true duals with out headers. You can bend the header to fit or notch the k member

if i go true dual will it be better to have header? and is it easy to bend the headers or easier to notch the k member?

it is better to have headers but there not crucial. I don't know about the second part you would have to ask someone who did it.

You can do duals without changing the headers, but if you want long tube headers you should either notch the k member or change the k member.
