muffler quest...
okay well tax return season is almost here and im looking for a dual exhaust system. Im trying to figure if i want 40 flows or the thrush mufflers. If u have any suggestions please let me kno which one u think would give a nice low rumble. I am goin to cut off all cats thats for sure.

Brian147 has Thrush mufflers and his video is in the first sticky. I think personally its the best sounded v6 in that thread.

Ive never heard Thrushs without cats, so I dont know how it will sound. But I know flows without the cats sounds really good. But it would be neat to hear what the thrushs sound like.

i had flowmaster original 40s....replaced them with Thrush Welds....and now i've replaced them again with original 40s....i like the sound of both...but to me the 40s are louder...but the thrushs are deeper....

The deeper the better for me as well... the Thrushes seem to get less raspy at the high end than the Flows. Now, I've ran Flows on all my v8's in the past, but this v6 is a different story.
