*2007* Mustangs....V6's

What up boys i just got an 07 V6 with pony package and appearance package, looks like a GT without the engine or exhaust. Im looking for black wheels that would fit, since ford only has black for the GT, and im looking for some HP increasers, i.e. intercoolers, intakes, exhaust that wont make the 6 sound chinky, anything to get a little more outta it...but i cant find much for the 07, anybody got ideas or vendors or are you guys having the same problem?

if you want a intercooler then your gona want turbo or a supercharger.

If I didn't have to get ready for work I would help out, and since me and faleen always say the same thing on our posts...and beat each other to it a lot of times...I'm sure he will pipe up. You should listen to him. We also got a great bunch of guys here who know what they are talking about, and we will be more than happy to help you out.

Welcome to MM man. Yeah an intercooler isn't that beneficial without a turbo or s/c, What is your price range and whatkind of power increase are you looking for?

oil intercooler kits and transmission ones are good even without a power adder

Oil Collers / Transmission coolers are good to increase the life of your engine/tranny.

Anyway We're gonna need some info.

Auto / Manual
Budget

The Usual answer would be.

Gears (3.73/4.10)
Tlok
Cai
Exhaust
UDP's
SCT Tuner

In no order

well i got the stock 07 of course, with a 5 spd, i dont know what the gear ratio is...but im not worried about price, as ill just do things along the way, i work at ford so i will get all my labor for dirt cheap. So just getting the parts is where im starting. Literally this car rolled off the lot 4 days ago, and im putting tint on this weekend, but other than that, im getting ready to dig into the engine, stock i think is 230 hp, so im looking around 285-300, not much more than that, or else i woulda bought an 8 cyl

kk here is a good start

CAI-80-150 bucks-better throttle response will help out exhaust and about 2 hp

Full exhaust- true duals from a muffler shop with a crossover bar and flowmaster super 40's you can get headers put on that setup as well-375(w/o header install) bucks -8-10 hp and a nice sound)

gears and t-lok-750 bucks installed- better acceleration power to both wheels

UD pulleys-160-self install- 10-12 hp slows accessories and gives power back to the engine to give to the wheels

SCT x-cal2 or other handheld flash tuner- 400 with 3 tunes (for x-cal2)- self install- 12-15 hp reflashes the computer for better performance

Your quickest way to 285-300rwh is going to be a power adder (super or turbo charger)

thanks for the sites....now, can you tell me if the gun metal wheels from american muscle will fit my 07 tires, it says 99-04. If not, where can i find some black wheels/gunmetal wheels that will fit? Also, faleen, if i am going to get the X-calibrator, i would like to get the CAI with it, but would it be worth my while.
and does anyone know if they make clear side marker blinker lights for the front yet
