Take your exhaust off the car and take it to a machine/weld shop. $20-$40 to weld that up and you're golden. This is the known issue with this model Mustang as the a/c water drips onto the exhaust manifold on the passenger side. There is NO NEED TO GET A NEW EXHAUST SYSTEM. A simple re-weld will fix the issue.
Thats what i did. Plus new manifold on ebay aprox $75.00

Nice job. I agree with Goren here....but it looks like you got everything finished.

That manifold issue was a recalled item btw. Your were probably past the time frame (I cant remember what it was but it was long). I took mine to the dealer and they fixed it for free..even though their work was shitty. They installed a deflector plate to devert the AC drip that caused the weakning of the pipe.

One more quick thing...LTs on a V-6 are a bitch. when I had mine put on by a shop, I lost power. It took 3 or 4 custom tunes to get it back right. Unless you are building a custom header from SCRATCH and "tuning" the header length to the car, it will lead to shitty performance and one hell of a headache. The MACs I put on mine were a fuckin nightmare. Some will say they installed theirs without any problem and swear they added punch. I wasnt as convinced after that project that it was worth it.
