lights dim

when driving down the road and coming to a stop or slowing down with the rpm's droping, my headlights and dash board lights dim for a split second or two.
This happens one or two times while the rpm's are droping.

What would cause this?

Alternator. Battery... Have them both checked at an auto store = free. Check battery terminals and cables for corrosion.

Mine does it also, but mine is because I have UDPs. I run my headlights, foglights, with dash lights, gauge lights, gauges, cd player, with the mach speakers. Mine only dim when I am idling. So if you have UDPs that may be the problem. Otherwise, I would try cleaning battery cables first, that is the easiest. Then you can test your battery using a multimeter. Then if both are good, then you can google how to test your alternator.
