It should basically be as simple as removing your stock manifolds and putting the long tubes on. You'll need extenders for the front O2 sensors and depending on how you do the midpipe you might need extenders for rear O2 sensors as well. I'll let you know if I come across a write up on LT header installs.

I found the pacesetter LTs on summit.. It says fits models without EGR... What does that mean exactly? Will i have to delete the EGR system or is that meaning without cats?

Hey let me know how this all goes once you get it done because i've been wanting to do this as well, but i wasn't sure about clearance and emissions and all of that too.

The egr delete means that you are going to have to delete your egr system and then get a tune to cancel the check engine light.

I don't think you can pass emissions with LTs

This shows one way to go about it. I believe if you get the right type of headers you can
keep the EGR, but the catalytic converters are being removed, which won't be smog legal.

I did find a set of pacesetter LTs that have the egr fittings. Im gonna order them tonight or tomorrow. So i guess deleting the EGR isnt going to be a problem now.
