Muffler combination

has anybody experimented with putting a thrush welded muffler and a flowmaster delta 40 together on there v6 or even v8. Comments. Thoughts. Suggestions?

No, I can not say that I have. I did however put a magnaflow cat back on an 01 GT and welded in flowmaster 40 series mufflers.

think it will sound any good because i have 2 thrush and i think my ears are more for the flowmaster old school muscle loud sound, so i am either going to combine them or just buy 2 new flowmasters.

not too sound like an ass, but you need to buy a v8 to sound like a v8.

v6's can sound good with the right set up, but they will never sound like a v8.
I have owned 3 3.8's and I can tell you this.

i got you , i am working on getting a 2005 gt but that wont be until next year.....but can you help me... will it sound bad if i put a thrush and a flowmaster .....i have a true dual exhaust

I would honestly stick with on muffler type.
