H pipe adapter
Hey I've been looking around to see if this worked. I called AM and asked a guy and he said it works and everything. Then I asked a Muffler shop and the guy said it wouldn't work.
So I'm going to ask here Would this work? I already have the Magnaflow dual exhaust and I was wondering if the adapter would bolt up and make my car sound and drive faster. Also The muffler shop guy said I could cut off 2 of my cats since I have 4? Any suggestions? I live in Tx btw. Thanks alot guys! Mustang V6 Dual Exhaust Adapter Kit V6 Dual Exhaust adapter kit at AmericanMuscle.com - Free Shipping! you could cut the front two off, then you would have to have the shop fab up a pipe. I am not sure if you would get a check engine light. All i know is that the h pipe you are looking at will bolt in place or your current y pipe on your car. If you want an h pipe and are having a shop do the install, tell them that you have the cat back system and you want a h pipe and no front cats and get an estimate. I would not think that they would charge 125 for the hpipe. It is up to you. Someone will come in here and let you know about the cats and if it will give you a check engine light.

Alright well when I went to the muffler shop the guy said i can keep the front two near the headers and cut the ones in the back and my I shouldn't pop a check engine light.
