service engine help

I took my car to autozone and they checked it out with thier obd2 scanner. They said that my "service engine" light is on because of "cylinder 1 is running rich" . Anyone have any insight into this?

I bought the car from it's second owner 6 months ago. I was stored for a while because of an accident and the person repaired it, but lost interest in it. I thought the last owner would've changed the spark plugs when he was repairing it... guess I was wrong!

no, the car ran fine... started a little hard, but ran fine. I tuned her up, and the #1 sparkplug was at 70 some... So, now it's runs great... speedo is screwed up because of the 4.10 gears though.. and the cam is going in soon too.
