out of the springs the only ones i have ever heard of are the Teins but mostly on imports. I dont know how they would be on mustangs but that is a pretty big drop. CC would def. be needed. As far as the CC plates those are all made by UPR but ive heard complaints about their "Shark" CC plates. I would look around here or other forums to see if there is anybody selling any.

Yes, I think the 3rd springs should fit but remember that our cars a lighter and won't drop as much as it says (since it's using a GT for reference). I'm not sure how low you're looking to go, but if that last one is dropping a GT 2.3-2.5" then it'll probably leave a sixxer pretty slammed as well. I would personally go with the 2nd option as it'll give you a nice drop but not too much. As far as the CC plates go, I'd go with the $130 set (they're both the same thing, just different colors).

IMO i would spend the extra money for a brand you can trust, ive never hear/seen those ebay ones before... i would use on of the brands AM has...
1999-2004 Ford Mustang Lowering Springs at AmericanMuscle.com - Free Shipping! For the CC plates i would get these... Maximum Motorsports Caster/Camber Plates (94-04) at AmericanMuscle.com - Free Shipping!

I agree with 03stanggg I've done enough business on ebay to know that you get what you pay for...which is why they're cheaper! I'd rather save the extra $$ up for the AmericanMuscle.com parts

Yeah I'd recommend saving for something like Eibachs. And look on craigslists near you. I just got a brand new eibach pro kit for $115 and an autometer oil pressure gauge for $35. I almost sold the eibach's when I got offered $190 for them, but I won't be able to find them as cheap as I did again when I do want to lower.

You can find great deals on the forums here or craigslist... I looked around and found a deal...got my suspension setup for like 250$ *steeda competition springs *bilstein shocks/struts Had to also get some cc plates which were another 250 but thats a steal if you ask me..

Yeah suspension to me is one of those things you shouldn't cheap out on. This is the system that determines what you feel and how you feel it. Lame suspension that was bought purely because it was "cheap" is the way to the darkside...err.. I mean the way to a rough drive and wishing for replacement parts. At least keep your stock gear handy if you do go with cheap used parts. And yeah, Teins are an import fav. spring.

i have teins on my v6. they gave it a good drop and its sittin pretty low now. the steering feels a lot better than before and it looks a lot better too. BUT i suggest you get cc plates and shocks and struts because it feels horrible without them

also another thing is that its a bitch when your going over bumps and stuff cuz you have to really slow down and angle to avoid it hitting. other than that its all good. just get cc plates and shocks/struts

^Exactly, my car is 1.75in lower than stock at the side skirt (springs rated a 1.5"drop) and I have to go sllowwwwww and sideways over speed bumps or avoid them all together, my cats have been through hell and back numerous times.
