Time for a new exhaust for my car
So because its tax time and I'm expecting a good sized return, I want to buy new exhaust for my car.. This is one of the items I've found and I'm wondering what you fine folks think, and if you have any recomendations..
Here Right now I have a stock 2004 v6 exhaust system and my goal is to get something with a real throaty idle and deep acceleration note, so I was wondering if any of you had any ideas as to how this would stack up

I've heard that X pipes get raspy up higher, but are deeper at like idle. It's probably just a better bet to have a shop fab one up for you, and cheaper than that. Then just listen to a bunch of 6's and get the muffler sound you like.

Get a Shop to fab you 2.5" catback system with your choice of mufflers. I would go with flowmaster 40's or 44's. You can have the shop fab you an H pipe for a little bit deeper sound. Throw on some rolled 3.5 tips and you got yourself an exhuast. Should cost you under 500 bucks and most likely under 400 bucks for a shop to fab you a 2.5" exhuast with an h pipe mufflers and tips. Could even drop it further if you wanted to run straight duels.
