Few things to ask about gears

Im planning on getting 410 gears and tlok for my car in about a month. We all know gears are great for acceleration from a stop, but How will they be from say 60-100, 80- 120, 100-130?? Will I loose acceleration here? I know that gears will limit top end speed but I cannot max my gear speed dude to lack of power. My basic question if I want to accelarate from a high roll will improve this also right?

Also having a tlok will help limit wheel spin, even though I will be adding some getting 410's?
Im pretty sure it will help but im just making sure.

The gears will increase acceleration whatever MPH you're at. Reason being you're turning more rpms per MPH and thus more acceleration because it's easier for the engine to turn and get up. And yea, the t-lok is almost necessary with 4.10s, because you'll have more torque getting to the wheels so it'll spin em easier.

the tlok really is great. I have not tested mine on pavement, but on the snow and ice it is ridiculous. It makes my car with my studded snow tires like my old car handled on pavement, I can't wait until summer to burn the rubber off the old tires, since I am getting new ones.
