well your best bet is to get a haynes manual so you can at least of the torque specs. because its quite critical, especially with the clutch. but heres kind of a quick run through of how to do it. i might leave things out because im tired but oh well
1.disconnect battery
2.remove shifter and bezel
3.jack up the car(make sure its secure) and the engine(a tad bit just for support) remove exhaust up to the exhaust manifold(leave them on)
4.remove driveshaft
5.remove transmission
5.remove starter.
6.remove belhousing
7.remove clutch cable from the lever(you'll see it)
8.remove pressure plate, clutch, flywheel, pilot bearing.
9.get new flywheel or get old one resurfaced.
10.put on flywheel
11.put in the pilot bearing.
12.put on the clutch disc, dont forget the alignment tool.
13.put on the throwout bearing
14.put on the pressure plate.
15.reconnect the clutch cable.
16.bolt on the belhousing.
17.this part is tricky. put the trans back in, you will have to move it around to make it go in right.
18.reconnect driveshaft
19.reconnect exhaust
20.break in the clutch. dont drive her hard for about 200 miles.

like i said this isnt an indepth how to. its merely for you to get an idea of what your up against. if you dont have these tools i recommend you get them, they will make getting the belhousing off so much easier.
you will need full set of standard and metric ratchet sets. a breaker bar. a swivel for the ratchet. and a shit load of elbow grease. also you need a torque ratchet or w/e its called. good luck and have fun. its hard but not too hard. and its fun

And personally I wouldn't go with a Stage two on a V6 just because of price. I was debating on doing the same in my GT and have now decided just to go with a King Cobra. Unless ur puting down 500rwtq then I think the King Cobra will be fine its about 100 bucks cheaper.

hahaha not funny
i figure 9k miles on a clutch that ive been beating on almost everyday since i installed it isnt that bad. if i drove it normal than ya that means i ride the clutch or didnt install it right.

riding your clutch is when you keep it halfway engaged too much for too long. like in 1st gear. describe the noise
