95 V6 Tune


hey guys, i drive a 1995 mustang 3.8 i was wondering if any tune programmer for a 96 98 mustang 3.8 would also work on a 1995 3.8?
96+ 3.8s have some minor differences in power compered to the 95s, thats why im asking . thanks

does your car have the obd connector down to the right of the accelerator? if so then yea the tuners should plug in and work

94-95 3.8's are OBDII cars

Don't you mean OBDI?

I know there are a few 95's out there with OBDII

CAI, Screamin' Demon Coil, Livewires, Steeda Tri-ax, Steeda Clutch Quadrant and Adjuster, UDP, 8.8 rear end with 3.73's, 1/2 inch VAP intake spacer, SCT X3.

all right so i checked under my dash and i do have plug in exit next to the gas pedal . now , could i buy a tuner made for a 1996 v6 mustang and use it on my 1995 v6?

94's should be as well

i know '94 owners with functional OBDII ports using SCT X-cal handhelds

I'm not doubting you, I just know that it was mandated in all cars 96 and up.
