1. and 2. sounds very, very interesting and I will go after that! WOW that helped me alot. Yesterday I red something with carbon building up and old fuelrails.
Point 3. isnt the issue I heard valve ticking and can say its not valve ticking.
As for doing a vid while driving: I will try but cant promise.
I think steven hit in the right direction ..these are my trouble makers. As soon as I get the manifolds with headers replaced. Ill let you know.
I will anyway port and polish my intakes and heads then Im gonna see if there is to much carbon built up that causes A. lean running B. poor power output.
Thank you people!

I'm going for exhaust leak. You hear it under load because you're pushing more exhaust gases out. Your flange is discolored because exhaust is escaping there. Remove the midpipe and check it for cracks. Remove the header and inspect it. I just had to replace my pass. side header. For months there was a small "tick" or "ping" it was irritating. I had written it off as a sticking valve lifter and was waiting to tear into it. Finally the header just separated completely and there was no longer any question. Stock replacement and she runs like new. I would check that before anything internal motor wise.

I use to have a chevy corsica before I bought my stang and its valves would ping while I was driving if I didnt use premium gas, You could give it a try. And ever since I've had my stang its always had this tick in the engine, but since I've switched from royal purple to castrol edge this tick has gone away. I've had this tick for about 80,000 miles. I could only hear the tick at idle...

This issue is occurring under load, not at idle. These cars do not need premium gas. Ensuring proper oil levels and changing it as should is a must, low or old oil can cause pinging. I'm still for exhaust leak.

I had about enough of searching an trying to fugure out where the leak could be and bought those headman headers, a catted x pipe, and magnaflow V8 catback just to make sure that my frankensten exhaust setup that I will replace wouldnt cause anymore of a problem!

As for the oil...if you really start to dig deeper into the materia...then you almost start to feel when your baby needs oil...no I would never forget to change oil nor run thr wrong one.

My car was cold today just a short trip to the bakery and maybe 15 mins drive...no pinging...but for my oppinion still bad acceleration...well need to wait till my exhaust setup arrives and will keep you updated. I will for sure tear the engine apart for porting and polishing ( have a bigger TB and like to benefit more of it) so I can check for carb build up...you know maybe I got two troublemakers carb and manifold leak! Well see!

If you flash back to stock and the problem is gone then i would suspect detonation.
Detonation Explained
If you ran a higher octane tune, than the gas in your tank it could cause this. If you had the right octane in the tank, then contact your tuner.

Yea I contacted my tuner and we both did figured it out that it has nothing to do with his tunes. Its a mechanical problem. Thanx for the help though!

My brother had the same thing on his 2000 V6. It is a fairly common problem with these cars. It was an exhaust leak where one of the headers had cracked. I think the left one, but I'm not sure.
