Air Silencer
is the thing that i have circled the air silencer that has 3 latches or is their something underneath it that is the silencer? also i tryed getting that first thing off but one of the hooks on it is on the bottom where theirs little space any advice getting it up?

Nope, the air silencer is the rupper thingy to the left of it connected to that. What you have circled is the thing that holds the filter.

unlatch all 3 then unscrew the screw then just push it down and pull it off
