cams for a v6?

are there cams for v6 mustangs? if so do they make a good preformance upgrade? would i need to upgrade anything else to accept the cam? will it give me engine trouble in the future, and the most important question...how big a dent will it put in my wallet?

you can get just a cam for 265 bucks, but if you want one more aggressive you will need to change your Roller rockers and springs
email the guys at www.supersixmotorsports.com and they can help you get exactly what you want.

I would get exhaust and a CAI to help complement the sound but yeah it will be fine on a stock engine. Might wanna get a tuner from SCT as well just to get the most gains out of everything. I would talk to shop in your area about install.

just gears because the mechanic said i would need to get used to the gears first. he said later on he will install posi-track for little labor cost since they could have done it when they put the gears in. he says he just wants me to be safe because if we did this all at once i wouldnt be used to the handling and would probably wreck. any ways i got to go, ill check back later...peace out brother

Your mechanic owned you for extra labor ...

You should always do tlok and gears together....

gay mechanic -_- if anything i would put t-lok in first then gears. gears with one wheel = shitty traction
the funny thing is, it would be more safe WITH the t-lok. he ripped your wallet a new asshole.

Not only that. But once you break in your gears, they develope a specific wear pattern. When you pull out the open diff and replace it with the tlok, if it isn't shimmed damn perfect, you'll be stuck with whining gears.
