upper throttle body

so has everyone heard about the ford areo star uppper manifold being bolted on top of our 3.8 suppose to give us a bigger TB opening and what not except it relocates the opening to the front i think?
that and dropping a f-150 crank into your v6 99-04 will stoke it to 4.2. i'm gona go grab the article from fast/fords but some guy did this with a 01 v6 3.8 and dropped it in a lx and is running 11's or somethign stupid with all stock parts and NA.

not an aerostar but a windstar intake.you ll need 4.2 rods,crank,and pistons

I would love to see that article!! A V6 runnin 11's on stock parts.. I highly doubt it... Post the article..

I looked at the site the car is far from stock parts!! What made you think that?! It has a fully built split port 10.5:1 compression 4.3 stroker with a 125 shot of nitrous.. Nothing stock at all on that motor.. Read the article b4 you post something that is as impossible as running high 10's with a as you put it a V6 with all stock parts...

well sorry i was pretty sure they stroked it with an f150 crank and the upper intake was stock from windstar other thing they played with was a P&P otherwise yeah stock parts they didn't go all out and buy performace ones ( cam i think they did themselves and roller/rockers from eagle i think?). i'm gona find the proper article for you it in muscle mustangs and fast fords. and it was running 11's without nos i'm pretty sure. i didn't say stock engine i said stock parts btw.
